In smaller measurement we receive persons of the sub-Saharan Africa, or Asia, most of the Africans are, besides illegal in our country, with the consequences that has this to the hour of agreeing to the services of health. In general is a young population and mostly women, that concentrates in urban nuclei industrialists, and that is in charge of manual tasks and domestic attention. In many occasions they have not good access to the sanitary resources: problems like the foreign language, or cultural aspects, the lack of information, they do that the basic preventive activities, included the vaccination they be very difficult. The proper mobility because of job position change, and the possible lack of awareness regarding the vaccination are other frequent problems. The Primary Attention of health is the ideal place to be the first step, and introduction in the national system of health, as well as for the execution of the majority of the preventive activities, as is the vaccination, and its follow up in the time. More resources are needed to carry out these end: more flexible consultations, multilingual information campaigns, adoption of strategies of following up of the inmigrant, capture of the new-borns, all it to do an effective aid. Finally we have included the current calendars for children (accelerated), adolescents and adults.
