Abstract

In this case report, we describe a patient with an uncommon presentation of disseminated prostate carcinoma. Initial presentation could mimic tuberculosis or hematological malignancy. The literature is reviewed for this kind of presentation. Furthermore, the value of immuno-histochemical stains in relation to prostate carcinoma is discussed. © 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
