Abstract
The author, Consultant and Expert in Maternal and Child Health of the WHO in Africa and Europe, after a complete study of the Spanish demography, the country with the lower natality in all the world, arrives to the conclusion that Spain is the country with more possibilities for the immigration from Africa, Latino-America and Philippines. So, is absolutely necessary that Spanish paediatricians know the troubles and diseases of the children of these groups as a way for their integration.
