Abstract

Recents studies in mental health fields point out that migrants from the Maghreb underuse the mental health centres and very of them consult traditional healer. By acting that way, they means that for psychic difficulties, they are still attached to models from their origine's country and they perceive occidental psychological help to far from their culture and mental universe. From this considerations the author proposes to analyse the mean of the psychic disorder of these patients, their perception of the psychiatric system and the difficulties and obstacles the therapist meet with them. Finaly some propositions are suggested for working with them despite of those difficulties.
