Abstract

In Germany, there are no differences in participation among migrants and the autochthonous population in mammography screening. There are controversial discussions about the pros and cons of the screening programme. Therefore, the individual freedom of an informed choice with the possibility to refuse participation is important. This needs to be considered when evaluating participation among migrants in mammography screening. ©2015 by De Gruyter.
