Abstract

In association with social inequalities, urban segregation leads to the development of deprived neighborhoods, where social and structural deficits accumulate. Above average, these areas are populated by people with migrant background. The article introduces first results of research on possibilities for deprived groups of people with migrant background to participate in decisions concerning their living area, from the perspective of stakeholders. ©2015 by De Gruyter.
