Abstract
The purpose of this study was determination of series of immunological criteria, features of pregnancy course in women-refugees. Features of psychological adaptation has been studied and clinical course of deliveries has been analysed in 200 women. Main group consisted of 150 women refugees living in tent camps and having official status. Control group consisted of 50 women living in Baku. Evaluation of psychological adaptation level was conducted by the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI). Study of leucocytes CD-antigens was carried out by fluorescence immunoassay. Immunoglobulins were determined by radial immunodiffusion method. According to the results of MMPI, pregnant women of the main group were divided to two sub-groups: first sub-group - 61 women (40.7%), with relative norm MMPI results; second sub-group - 89 women (59.3%) with more or less pathocharactereological features. It was determined that in each sub-group there had been a certain amount of imbalances of the immune system. The average amount of imbalances in women of the first sub-group with the relative norm MMPI results was six. The average amount of imbalances in women of the second sub-group was nine. Therefore, different stress agents and bad socioeconomic conditions during pregnancy cause imbalance of immune system.
