Abstract
This paper aimed to explore the impacts of the stress of cultural adaptation experienced by the international students from Mongolia living in South Korea on their adaptation to the Korean culture and analyze the moderating effect from the social support for the relation between the stress and cultural adaptation. According to the research, it is required, to change and improve the Korean students' awareness of the international students from Mongolia, enhance the friendship with the Mongolian students and operate the exchange program and provide convergence education on adaptation to multiculturalism to compromise and reinforce the stress release program of cultural adaptation and the social support system. Moreover, as an improvement of the employment, policies where the Mongolian students can show their academic capabilities after graduating from the language schools or graduate schools in Korea, it is required to establish a practical system for their successful adaptation to the Korean society and culture. ©2016 International Information Institute.
