From the International Development Cooperation project “Improvement of the health of the Sahrawi people by strengthening the continuing education of health professionals and teachers,” it made an expedition to the Saharawi refugee camps, branched takes place in the health, academic, institutional and socio aspects. Its main objective is to promote the health of the population is living in the camps. As a result, it compliance with the main objective of the expedition was obtained from promoting health education. The experience lead to the conclusion that the responsibility of transmitting and educate the whole population lies almost exclusively, medical personnel, the promoters of health and the general female population, so it is necessary to continue providing support. © 2016, Fundacion Index.
