Abstract

Enforced or voluntary population mouvements bring new therapeutical and clinical questions to mental health institutions. By way of a specific practice we think that we have tried to answer this clinical challenge. By setting and care dispositives we have crossed through axes of cultural alterity, socio-economic precarity and the clinical consequences of collective violences on persons. This conception and the practice that ensues follow a pattern of complementarity with those of the professionals and institutions that exist in the region and enhance a particular approach and specific modes of application.
