Abstract

This study examined the relationships among academic and supervision variables in 73 international counseling supervisees. The results showed that academic stress, course self-efficacy, and supervisees' perception of supervisors as trustworthy, attractive, and expert predicted the frequency of cultural issues being discussed in supervision and the supervisees' perceptions of the importance of such discussions. Implications for supervision and future research are addressed. © Copyright (c) by The Haworth Press, Inc. All rights reserved.
