Leader's cultural competencies. A preliminary study about migrant argentine leaders. It was realized this study about cultural competencies of migrant leaders. Participated, voluntarily, 374 leaders, 241 of them had experience outside their countries. The instruments were: Big Five; Intergrupal Anxiety; Consciousness of the globalize world; Intercultural Leadership scale and Sociodemographic survey. Between the most outstanding results, one is that the leaders obtained a high degree adaptation, in spite of, have some problems (e.g. language) and not having previous training. Besides, the personality traits that described migrant leaders with good adaptation were opening to new experience and low responsibility. Finally, they shown flexible leadership styles and low intergupral anxiety. One limitation was the low explanatory capacity of the predicting variables (between 5% and 10%).
