Abstract
The way of thinking the children and to make them grow is determined by the representations and the educational modalities of every culture, which are variable, so that what prevails in a culture can seem unacceptable in another one. In a migratory context, this difference results in misunderstandings between the parents and the professionals of child protection. Consequently, which negotiation practice must we establish, for the good of the child and the families, and to make the various models interact ?
