When children have problems: Comparing help-seeking approaches of Israeli-born parents and immigrants from the former Soviet Union (Conference Paper)

Abstract

In this comparative study of parents' help-seeking approaches, immigrants from the former Soviet Union indicated a lower level of willingness to help and different rationales for seeking help from both formal and informal sources than did Israeli-born parents.
