Abstract

The current sociodemographic situation in Spain related with the migrant population, requires better knowledge of their health status and to determine the priorities on preventive and assistencial needs. The Chagas disease, endemic in Latinamerican area, deserves special attention as the disease suffered by some migrants from these countries as the potential impact on the Public Health of our country.
