Svimez Report: population, school, job market, migrations. The Svimez, a private non profit institution, is an association for the development of business and industries in the south of Italy, whose aim is the study of the economy of the South of Italy to propose development programs. The report on the Economy in the South of Italy is the main annual yearly report since 1974. The main indicators and the development of southern economy in several key sectors are presented and discussed, each year focusing on different specific problems. AIR has already proposed contributions on the gap between north and south to reflect on inequalities. The relationship between economy, wellbeing and health has been demonstrated.
