This Ordinance provides that the establishment of stations for the reception of refugees is the responsibility of the Hungarian Minister of the Interior. These stations are to give temporary accommodation and care to refugees, to furnish them with the necessary information and financial support for settling in Hungary, and to give temporary employment to those who wish to travel to a 3rd country. The stations are to be financed by state funds as well as funds of local councils, the Red Cross, and church organizations.
