Abstract

Outlines the procedures and findings of a survey that illustrates how problems have arisen not only because of the recession, but also on account of the fact that refugee adjustment policies have been designed to meet the challenges of better times. The Vietnamese in Alberta have been highly motivated, and this has been reflected in their labour force participation rate, which is higher than that for Alberta as a whole. -J.Sheail
