Abstract
Radiological findings in pulmonary paragonimiasis include pleural thickening, pulmonary infiltrates, pulmonary masses, and cystic 'worm burrows'. Two cases are presented and the importance of this entity is emphasized because of increasing migration of Southeast Asian refugees to Western countries.
