Abstract
IN this presentation, the following will be described: (l) trends in immigration of physicians into Canada; (2) trends in physician supply in Canada; (3) trends in the output of Canadian medical schools; (4) trends in emigration of Canadian physicians to the United States; (5) trends in physician acceptance of payment from the Canadian medical care plans as payment in full. Implications will be briefly noted as well. © 1981 Journal of Public Health Policy, Inc.
