Abstract

The troubles encountered by migrant people concern either a classic psychopathology or a psychopathology with regard to the migration. The morbidity observed in hospital circles is low compared with migrant population. For an adult, hypochondriac depressions after several years of adaptation, neurosis, or alcoholism seem to be the most frequent problems for men. The persons express themselves with their body. The folklore of the ethnic group of extraction provides the themes of the psychotic clinical picture. The women principally tend toward attempted suicides especially adolescents and wives of migrants.
