Abstract

This rule limits the exclusion provision contained in section 212(a)(32) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(32) to aliens who are coming to the United States principally to perform services as members of the medical profession and not to their derivative beneficiaries.
