Abstract

Persons with permanent residence in the territory of the Czech Republic as well as foreigners staying more than 90 days are obliged to submit to immunization set by Public Health Law. Services to applicants for international protection are provided by Refugee Facility Administration, an organization of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. Applicants for international protection are obligated to stay at reception centres where they complete medical check including immunization. It is recommended to immunize these children according to the age, previous vaccination, levels of antibodies and according to the lenght of stay in our country. In the case of completely unvaccinated child it is necessary to prepare a special vaccination schedule.
