A man named Pedro Vicente, who is a translator in Porto Alegre, decides to lock himself in his 55m2 apartment after being robbed. In sort of a political exile, Pedro Vicente keeps an otherness game with Javier Lucerna, poet and nicaraguan revolutionist, who translates it to Portuguese. Either in a vital idleness or in a literary production scenario, Pedro Vicente dedicates exclusively to reading, writing and translating. This displacement, caused by a post traumatic stress, makes Pedro Vicente found a country on the third floor of a building downtown. Many researchs were used to create the foundation of this analysis, such as Gaston Bachelard's (1993), Edward Said's (2000) and Marc Augé's (2012, 2014) works.
