Abstract
Migrations and particularly recent migrations bring singular problems of mental health. These psychic problems call out specifc questions to the professionals involved. In this article we propose few ways of understanding and of clinical action leaning on social and cultural anthropology as well as a multidisciplinary device. This approach is established on the consideration of the proppings up of the subjectivity as well as on the loss and the effciency of these proppings up. It also bases itself on a cooperative work of interpretation and elaboration involving the co-participants within the framework of a specifc device for a clinical transcultural intervention. © Médecine & Hygiène.
