Abstract
The feminization of the migratory flows is a fact in our country. The major percentage of women come from countries of Latin America and the work door of entry is in the habit of being the housekeeping. The women of study have a long stay as emigrants and are near his sixty years of life. For it and as the realized works they have pains in the body and sometimes feeling frustration. This one was the idea of item. The aim was to know his self-esteem of health. After the work realized with qualitative methodology and technology of discussion in group, one thought that often these women are carrying of it resilient. That allows them to superimpose and to grow bolder before the adverse situations derived from the emigration. © 2010 Fundacíón Index.
