Federal Court orders judicial review of decision on Mexican's refugee application. (Article)

Abstract

On 6 November 2008, the Federal Court allowed an application for judicial review of the Refugee Protection Division's decision that Jose Fernando Rodriguez Diaz, a citizen of Mexico, was neither a Convention Refugee nor a person in need of protection.
