Abstract

This work constitutes an approximation to the first processes of judicialization of the trafficking on women with ends of sexual trade in Argentina since the sanction of the law 26.364. The corpus for the investigation will analyze a set of decrees of processing confirmed by judicial decisions on first and/or second instance from the putting in March of the law. I propose to describe and analyze the interpretation labor developed by the judicial actors to the ends of constituting events tied to the sexual trade and to the migrations associated with this market as crimes of human trafficking.
