Abstract

Symptoms developed during the pregnancy of an Armenian young woman, met during our activity of link psychiatry in the Regional Maternity of Nancy, questioned us about the impact of the exile on the process of motherhood. What meaning should be attributed to the massive regression of the patient? Can we think of an essential depression? How to accompany her, how to support her for this period of psychical reorganization? © 2008 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
