Abstract

This study focused on HIV/AIDS, women and migration in Kenya. Feelings of isolation, high costs of living, pressure to get married, and granting sexual favours to employers increased likelihood of the women becoming infected. The government needs to tighten regulations protecting migrant workers and set up supportive networks for them.
