The object of research was the study of features of parodont clinical course, the revelation of disease indicence and necessity in dentures at refugees and compelled immigrants resident in different regions of Azerbaijan. The data of the present investigation were based on epidemiological-stomatologic observation of 623 persons (336 men and 287 women) refuegees and the compelled immigrants resident more 15 years in difficult sanitary-higienic and economic conditions. Investigation was carried out in various areas of Baku, in Kurdamir and Imishli regions where refugees lived. It was noticed 100% morbidity of the paradont diseases. It was established the direct relation between severity of the pathology and age of patients. No satisfactory conditions of the hygiene of the oral cavity, high premature lousing of teeth, the high requirement for dental prosthetics was marked.
