Terrorism versus the United States: The threat and response to terrorist kidnappings (Article)

Abstract

The threat of terrorist kidnappings looms much greater outside the relative safety of the United States. This article briefly discusses recent legislative and investigative initiatives that have been undertaken to protect the U.S. citizen overseas.
