Abstract

We examined the consent of marriage and the freedom of husband and wife. From a study of judgments in the annulment of marriage, we tried to understand the interpretation of judges on the notion of physical and moral constraint. We analysed the consequences of forced unions : feelings of shame, the inability to be subjective and also the trauma and the possibility of resilience. © ERES. Tous droits réservés pour tous pays.
