Abstract
The article reveals the mechanism of legal regulalion of bodily security, personal liberties and personal inviolability in Mongolia. The author describes aspects of Mongolian legislation on Prevention of Crimes related to Trafficking in human organs and tissues. Based on complex approach to current issue research the author represents latest achievements in crime counteraction, development of medical science and transplantology computer technologies. The paper gives comparative legal analysis of this crime counteraction in foreign countries, potential donors' (self organs sellers) inquiry held in Mongolia results. The author studies problems arise in the process of legal human organs and tissues trafficking. Illegal Trafficking in human organs and tissues related Crimes' determinants were defined. The author gives criminological forecast and suggestions on criminal activity in this sphere prevention.
