Abstract

This paper deals with changes in the eating habits of Ethiopian adolescents following their immigration to Israel, and the subsequent influence in social and health fields. The provision of a health education program on food and eating habits, combining traditional and Israeli eating behavior patterns, was aimed to permit adaptation while preventing unhealthy eating behavior.
